Clyburn, released a staff report detailing how certain groups of American workers—including hourly workers, women, workers of color, and older workers—have faced inequitable employment outcomes prior to and during the coronavirus crisis. Workers who did not have access to company paid leave also faced worse employment outcomes than workers with leave.
